Love and Relationship
A relationship is a partnership of two individuals.
"This imperfect world". Nobody is perfect. If we insist on looking for the perfect spouse, we will be disappointed. Since nobody is perfect, of course, the relationship created by two imperfect persons will never be perfect. However, life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful.Knowing ourselves as well as others will help us create a happy relationship.

There is a saying that a perfect match can only be found between a blind wife and a deaf husband, because the blind wife cannot see the faults of the husband and the deaf husband cannot hear the nagging of the wife.

Many couples are blind and deaf at the courting stage and dream of a perpectual perfect relationship.
Unfortuantely, when the excitment of love wears off, they wake up and discover that marrige is not a bed of roses.

We all look forward to being loved and respected. Many people are afriad of losing face. Generally, when a person makes a mistake, he would look around to find a scapegoat to point the finger at. We should always remember that when we point our fingers at a person, the other four fingers are pointing at ourselves. If we forgive others, others will ignore our mistakes too.

Everybody has strengths and shorcomings. However, we all wear two invisible pockets. The front one keeps our strengths and other' shortcomings. Thus, we always see our virtues and other's faults. The back one contains our weaknesses and other's strength. So we are blind to our faults and other's virutes. We should always remind ourselves to bring our back pocket to the front and look into it more frequently to appreciate other's contributions and reflect humbly on our own shortcomings.

There is a chinese saying, which carries the meaning that a speech will either prosper or ruin a nation. Many relationships break off because of a wrong speech. When a couple is too close with each other, they always forget mutual respect and courtesy.

Trust is a very important factor for all relationships.
When trust is broken, it is the end of a relationship, even if we deny it. Lack of trust leads to suspicion, suspicion generates anger, anger causes emnmity and enimty results in sepreation. Different people have different percepttion. One man's meat could be another man's poision.

All things including relatiionships are uncertain and subject to change. The most important thing is to catch hold of the present moment to maintain a harmonious relationship or improve a bad situation. If a lot of effort has been put in and the relationship turns sour, we shall not regret or be upset because we have at least done our part. Use it as a lesson, be aware of it, face it, come to terms with it and most importantly, let it go. Then, we will have a wonderful life even with imperfect people.

Dont we think it's very tiring to play mind games? Upsetting ourselves and others. No one is happy at the end of the day. Sadness Anger Jealousy It all results in hatred. Everything is like 1 plus 1 but we made it into subtractions of compassion, multiplications of problems and divisions of people. 1 plus 1 is always 1, why cant we all be one?
